Wholesale - Bear Feet

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All orders must be faxed, mailed, or emailed.
2. Full payment by credit card or cashier’s check in advance.
3. Foreign Accounts Irrevocable Letter of Credit or prepayment in $US.
4. Net 30 days date of invoice (after credit is established). Credit worthiness is at the
    sole discretion of Bear Feet. Accounts past due will be referred for immediate collection.
5. Dishonored check fee $30.00 per occurrence.
6. A finance charge of 1.5% per month is charged on all delinquent accounts.
7. New Customers must provide:
    a. Two photos of store, one of inside, one of store front
    b. Copy of business check, sales tax ID, utility bill
    c. Complete our Part A Application. Internet stores must complete Part B Application
    d. Orders accepted subject to the above at sole discretion of Bear Feet.

OPENING ORDERS
Retail store opening orders must be a minimum of $700.00. Sizes ordered must be at least four consecutive sizes in the same style. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Prices must be at least keystone. All accounts must have our Part A Brick Retailer's Agreement signed and on file.

Internet store opening orders must be a minimum of $3,000. Sizes ordered must be at least four consecutive sizes in the same style stocked three pairs deep. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Prices must be at least keystone. A accounts must have our Part B Internet Retailer's Agreement signed and on file.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Goods are cut to order and are not subject to cancellation. Claims for shortages or defects must be made within five days of receipt of order. No returns accepted without authorization. Returns for reasons other than quality defects, or our shipping error, incur a 20% restocking charge and customer assumes responsibility for return shipping charges.

SHIPPING
All prices quoted FOB Brownwood, Texas, USA. Standard shipping UPS - ground, insured. UPS next day, 2nd day and common carrier upon fax request only. Minimum shipping fee is $8.00.

DELIVERY
In stock items shipped within 5 business days of receipt of order, but the majority are cut to order and are in production 6-8 weeks at our factory.

REAL LEATHER REMINDER
Natural materials have natural blemishes - while we strive to give you superior products, the character of real leather reveals natural surface variations and is not to be considered a defect. Bright colors will fade when exposed to strong display lights.

ORDER BY STYLE CODE
Our code works like this: the first the letters or numbers are the body type. The second three letters are the color and type. The third three letters are the ornament style if needed. The fourth three letters are the ornament color.
For example, BAB RED RSE RED is a Bear*lerina in red with a red rose.

TRADEMARK NOTICE
Bear Feet, Little Bear Feet, Bear*lerina, and Beary Jane are trademarks of Bear Feet Shoe Company. Do not use them or abuse them or Mama and Papa Bear will call their attorney, Goldilocks.
